Birds for my Woodland Chic Christmas tree

The other day my friend Paulette and I did a little holiday shopping. We ended up in Berekely on College/ Claremont area. Strolled around the shops until we found a few choice shops with fabulous finds. One shop was Scout. I love this store! Beautiful ideas for the home… I wanted to live there!  Among the MANY beautiful home goods offered where the not-so usual Christmas offerings. You won’t find the garish holiday ornaments found at every other store. Scout was perfectly edited. I wish I would have taken more pictures of the store and it’s beautiful style. But visit their website you’ll see. However, I did manage a few pics of some of things I bought. These beautiful little birds for my Woodland Chic Christmas tree. My collection is now growing thanks to Scout. Scout had a a display of 3 trees on table as you enter the store. With a beautiful antique wooden bird cage, hand carved coo-coo clocks, and some wonderful garland made of hand rolled paper. I must visit after Christmas hopefully they will be having a sale! I just hope the Christmas goods are not sold out. Also at the shop were some fantastic lighting fixtures (Paulette might have just found that perfect porch light!). There were also glass domes perfect for Paulette’s projects. Too many other things to mention. Scout also does interior design (would love this…Santa are you listening?…) and home staging. Scout is worth a special trip.
